Participants’ identities must be verified; without ID verification onSET cannot be started. As soon as the participants' details appear on the control computer, please mark each form of proof of identification individually (passport, identity card or driving licence). The test may only begin once all participants on the list have been identified.

This is at your discretion. In principle, the booked time and date applies. However, you may allow late arrivals to take the test on the same day – you do not need to create a new test event for such cases. If the test is to take place on a different day, however, a new booking with a new TAN is required. Rescheduling is usually possible up to one day before the appointment.

The control computer is used to manage the entire exam process: identity verification, starting the test and monitoring participants’ status. Please log in to the control computer before the participants log in. Any computer on the network can be used as the control computer.
